We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged).

3. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

You received the wrong item.
In these cases, please take clear photos or a short video of the damaged/wrong item and email it to us. We will evaluate the issue right away and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return

5. Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), MARNS Trend will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Customer Remorse: If you want to return an item due to a change of mind, wrong size/color choice, or because you no longer want it, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
